Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the PolyAstrology website, creating or receiving a report, purchasing an audio reading, or otherwise interacting with our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. PolyAstrology is produced by nftstory ltd., a company based in Quebec, Canada ("we", "us").

1. About PolyAstrology

PolyAstrology provides personalized astrology content that blends multiple traditions and may include written reports and optional audio narration ("Podcast Reading"). Our Services are offered for educational and entertainment purposes only and are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

PolyAstrology is a product of nftstory ltd. (Quebec, Canada).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services or place an order. If you purchase a report as a gift, you confirm you have permission to provide any recipient information you submit and to have the report delivered to the email address(es) you provide.

3. Your Information

In order to generate a report, we ask for details such as first name, date of birth, time of birth (or an indication that it is unknown), and place of birth, and we collect an email address for delivery. If you send a gift, we also collect a recipient email address. When you use friend codes, coupons, or referral links, we may collect and associate those identifiers with your order.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including when you provide information about another person (for example, a gift recipient). Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacypolicy.

4. Orders, Delivery, and Fees

Reports are delivered digitally, typically to the email address(es) you provide. Delivery times may vary due to processing, system load, or network conditions. We may also make reports or related content available for re-access through links or dashboards where supported.

Prices, promotions, friend-code discounts, and availability are subject to change. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Payment processing: We use third-party payment processors to handle payment information. Your payment details are provided directly to those processors and are processed in accordance with their terms and privacy policies; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for digital reports or audio readings once purchased, because they are personalized digital goods. If applicable law in your jurisdiction provides you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy. If you encounter a delivery, billing, or quality issue, please contact us at support@polyastrology.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it (for example, by re-sending a report or correcting obvious issues).

5. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and any reports or audio readings you purchase for your own non-commercial use. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the reports, audio content, or site content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by (a) attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform, (b) submitting malicious code or automated requests, (c) violating any applicable law or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights), or (d) using the Services to harass, defame, or harm others.

6. User Feedback

If you choose to submit comments, feedback, or suggestions (for example, through the in-product feedback widget), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from that feedback to develop and improve the Services, without obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

We may use third-party services to process payments, analytics, or report delivery and storage (for example, cloud storage providers and email providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we take reasonable steps to engage reputable providers.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on those sites.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASTROLOGICAL CONTENT IS SUBJECTIVE AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE FOR ALL USERS OR USE CASES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU INTERPRET AND USE ANY REPORT OR READING.

Nothing in the Services should be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. If you have concerns in those areas, you should consult an appropriate professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT OR AUDIO READING THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nftstory ltd. (PolyAstrology) and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the date at the top of this page or providing a notice in the product). Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if we discontinue the Services. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of discontinuation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Quebec, Canada, except that if you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise, those protections may still apply. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
